All vendors who wish to transact business with the Government of Sri Lanka are required to register with the PROMISe system. Those who are registered have the access to all procurement related information published in the system by whole of Government. System enables the access online from any geographic location in the world. System facilitates to reduce the cost of bidding which will eventually help reduce the cost of goods and services to the Government.
